Proof marks mostly. I’ve been meaning to take the time to learn more on them but the 3 (or maybe 4) digit number in the barrel is the barrel’s serial number. From what I’ve seen barrels aren’t serialized with the receivers but I could have only seen replacements too. If anyone has a good resource I’d love to see it

The second marking has that same star inside a triangle (same size as the Izhmash triangle).The rifle is in basically new condition, never fired and only a couple very tiny blemishes on the stock. The bolt is bright and has not been blued, the rest of the gun including the bayonet is blued.
