The questions are also usually shorter and give you less information (I think). I failed my NCLEX a few days ago, but IMO the NCLEX is at the same level/easier than UWorld. The passages are usually longer and the language is of a higher level. The CARS passages are a lot longer than the practice exams (BEWARE), this causes a lot of people to run out of time. The bio/biochem section often has high level language but is pretty similar.
