I have a 2012 825i and experienced most of the clutch problems folks have had. I really enjoy the Gator except for that clutch. I've pilfered the pics of the home made pulling tool...thanks for that. My Gator is 4 yrs old, but is a weekender...had the first clutch replaced by JD at 37 hrs. Noisy clutch. I have a 2013 825I that I bought new. It has 50 hrs on it now and has had 3 clutches counting the original. My dealer replaced the original clutch at 40 hrs. because it was getting hard to shift and jumping out of gear. I took it back to them last month after about 8 hrs use because of clutch noise especially when cold.
