Archon shards are best used to cover 1-2 mod slots. Specifically for Harrow, you can't go wrong with duration/strength crimson shards as those will be a general boost to what you're already running. Other good alternatives are 2 amber for casting speed if you use natural talent and/or 3 azure shards for max energy to replace flow.

Do note however that if you want to add armor shards, the armor is added after any mod multipliers. It's adding to the total, not the base, so the umbra mods don't have any effect on them.
